In the very first loop, this rock would still cross the line and break the window (because the very first loop would be in sync with the outside timeline). Now, figure the rock was thrown a second later, so it was just outside the boundary when time loops. If at the exact moment when time looped (6:11:XX am) a thrown rock had just crossed the boundary line and was on its way to break a window in Renton's house (IE, it was airborne and moving already), it would finish that flight and break the window.

It would be cool if true Deja Vu is just unexpectedly experiencing a small probability that your brain actually correctly predicted a series of events before it happened.
